We are an honest, and transparent crawlspace encapsulation and foundation repair family business. We started our business because we were sick and tired of witnessing homeowners being the victim of scare tactics.
Living and growing up in a small community in Middlesex County, we understand our word is everything. We do not make promises we cannot keep and we do not take on jobs we cannot finish with the quality you expect. We service the entire Middle Peninsula area of Gloucester, Mathews and Middlesex counties, and communities reaching from Richmond to Virginia Beach.
PBS Crawlspace is a MAJOR believer in paying it forward. From sponsoring free Saturday coffees at our local Deltaville café to completing full encapsulations at no cost, having empathy for others and embracing selflessness are two traits we believe are priceless and necessary to share
When we are called out to a customer’s home, and they have a minor issue that can be addressed on site, we offer our services free of charge.
What About Mold?
MOLD – the term is often used as a scare tactic. One of the most important elements to learn is that EVERY HOUSE has mold. After a total of 24 years working in mold producing conditions, we have only encountered Black Mold, also known as the toxic life-threatening “Stachybotrys chartarum” on FOUR separate occasions.
